While the 80-acre Ingalls Event Center accommodates a wide spectrum of special events, parts of the facility are also publicly accessible to equestrians and hikers
Equestrians are invited to trailer in and exercise their horses under the covered Clark Arena on select days of the week when the facility is not reserved for events. Helmets are required for riders under 18.
Access is available Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 10 a.m.-3 p.m.

Access is available so long as the facilities are not reserved for an event or maintenance.
