This page includes a series of questions that are commonly asked by customers about venues, pricing and available amenities.

  • Does Ingalls Event Center offer venues that are available for rent?

    The Arenas, The Barn, The Hall and The Turf are available for rent. Amenities, capacity, size and inclusions are listed on each venue’s webpage.

  • How much does it cost to rent a venue?

    Each venue has a different pricing structure. The starting daily rate is listed on each venue’s webpage. The rental price for each venue includes unique amenities, preparation and day-of coordination. Complete a reservation form to tell us more about your event and a member of our team can provide a customized quote based on your specific event.

  • How can I reserve a venue for an event?

    Complete a reservation form to tell us more about your event and a member of our team will contact you to reserve your venue, schedule an in-person tour and provide a customized quote based on your specific event.

  • What type of parking is available?

    The Event Center offers ample unpaved parking space surrounding each venue. Additional overflow parking is also available upon request 0.25 miles south of the Event Center.

  • Is a map available showing all venues and parking lots at the Ingalls Event Center?

  • Is alcohol allowed at the Ingalls Event Center?

    Yes, host liquor and sale are allowed at the venues by permission only. The permit holder must have approval from the City of Norco, and other restrictions may apply.  

  • Are private venue rentals required to have insurance?

    Insurance requirements are unique for each event type. Complete a reservation form to tell us more about your event and a member of our team can provide more information.

  • Is the Ingalls Event Center open to the community for horseback riding?

    Yes, equestrians are invited to trailer in and exercise their horses under the covered Clark Arena on select days of the week, typically Monday-Wednesday from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Access is available so long as the Event Center is not reserved for an event or maintenance. Helmets are required for riders under 18. Riders must submit a Release of Liability Agreement. Check the Community Access Calendar for availability.

  • Is the Ingalls Event Center open to the community for trailer staging?

    Yes, equestrians are invited to haul in to the Event Center, tack up, and explore Norco’s 100 miles of horse trails and 400 acres of open space. Trailer staging access is available daily from 7 a.m.-Dusk, so long as the Event Center is not reserved for an event or maintenance. Check the Community Access Calendar for availability.

  • Are overnight camping and electricity available at the Ingalls Event Center?

    Overnight camping and electricity are available upon request. There are additional charges for each amenity.

  • What stabling/overnight horse amenities are available at the Ingalls Event Center?

    Portable pipe panel stalls and portable canvas box stalls are available for rent upon request. To ensure animal safety, horses must be stabled in stalls and are not allowed to be tied to trailers overnight.

  • Can other venues at the Ingalls Event Center be rented on the same day as my event?

    While concurrent rentals at other venues within the Event Center may be scheduled on the day of your event, customers have a dedicated day-of coordinator, parking area and exclusive access to the venue they have rented. Customers may also rent multiple venues at one time.
